Biography
Fatima Qureshi is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). She studied at the University of Toronto and earned a Master’s in Pastoral Studies with a Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy Certificate. She has earned an ‘Ijaazah in Hafs ‘an ‘Asim and the ten variant Qira’aat under the supervision of Sheikh Uthman Khan. She has also taught Quran under Sheikh Uthman Khan’s supervision throughout 2010-2018.
Fatima has acquired a certificate of completion in The 10 Core Competencies of Trauma, PTSD, Grief, and Loss, underscoring her commitment to specialized training. Additionally, she holds a certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy Certification Training. With several years of valuable experience in hospital and community settings, Fatima brings a wealth of practical knowledge and expertise to her practice.
