Counseling & Therapy Services

Our services are provided by regulated healthcare professionals who could be eligible for coverage through your student or employment insurance plans. Registered Psychotherapists and Social Workers are commonly included in extended health benefits offered by your workplace or university, either fully or partially. To understand how your plan might reimburse you for our services, we recommend reaching out to your insurance provider or Human Resources department for verification.


We suggest asking the following questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:


  • Does my health insurance plan include coverage for the services of a Registered psychotherapist? Registered Social Worker? 

  • Is the full amount covered per session, or specific amount?

  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?


At this time we do not provide direct billing. A receipt will be provided for reimbursement from your insurance provider. 


If you are unable (or find it challenging) to pay the fee, you may be eligible for financial assistance.

No-Show Policy

Please note the following:

  1. All Appointments cancelled WITHIN 24 hours of the scheduled session time will incur a fee of $75.

  2. All No-Shows will be charged a $75 fee.

  3. Financial Assistance clients, please review your paperwork for the FA cancellation/no-show charges.

  4. Sessions pending Financial Assistance approval - if there is a late cancellation (within 24 hours) or no-show, there will be a fee of $75.

  5. To Cancel/Reschedule, please email your therapist and the admin 24 hours prior to avoid being charged a late fee.

  6. Appointments rescheduled for same day or late notice (within 24 hours) will still incur cancellation fees.

  7. Psychiatry Clinic intake - no-show will incur a $100 fee. Follow-up session Cancellation/No-Show will incur a $75 fee.
